E-scooter’s Relationship with

Ridesourcing using

Explainable Machine Learning

E-scooter sharing is a novel form of micromobility, offering dockless E-scooters for short-term rentals. It's now a vital component of North American urban transportation, rebounding from the pandemic.

The chart demonstrates that high ridesourcing usage and transit stop density contribute positively to e-scooter utilization, while factors like education level at destinations and features with mixed distributions do not show clear trends in e-scooter usage.
